Meet The Team
Raised on the wonder of Southern California, she holds a B.A. in Honors in English and an M.A. in Creative Writing, drawing on a lifetime of reading, writing, and submerging into fantastical worlds. A former teacher, she has turned her love of world building and character creation into Narrative Design for video games. She aspires to create characters that succeed, not because of their power, but because of their kindness and indomitable spirit.
Chicana writer, scholar, and teacher from Los Angeles. Cal State Northridge graduate with an MA in English Creative Writing (2019) and a BA in English Creative Writing and Literature (2017). She aims to create multiple bridges within her fields to help young writers reclaim their agency in their creative writing process. Her other interests include children’s literature, feminist creative writing studies, Chicana(o) writing and education reform.
Currently studying for an M.A. in Literature at CSUN, he is a self-professed lover of all things comics. He has spent the past two and a half years working with incoming freshmen writers at CSUN as a supplemental instructor and writing tutor, and is currently preparing to teach his own Approaches to Univeristy Writing class.
Currently resides on a small goat farm in Southern California. With a B.A. in English Language and Literature and an M.A. in English: Creative Writing, most of her writings have circulated around exploring self-discovery, addiction, and human interaction. A writer and filmmaker. M.A. in English from California State University, Northridge where she also received her B.A. in Communications Studies. Was part of Inner City Filmmakers. Her dream is to be apart of a creative world through many different outlets of art.
